Do you like music? I am fond of music. I keep updating my phone with latest music. I want every new album to be part of my music as soon as possible. I believe many of you do the same.
Are you in doubt whether this article is about music or meditation? Just keep going.
With the time you get bored of many of those songs. Only a few keeps you entertaining. But when you play all songs in phone, you keep skipping some of them as you do not like them. Sometimes you think you may like them in future. Sometimes you simply do not find time to delete them until memory is full or they start irritating you. Then you delete what you do not like and finally you get only selected music in your phone. Now you love and enjoy listening to them.
The same is true with our mind as well.

We love to hear latest stories and latest news even if it is negative most of the time. We think it increase our knowledge base. The more fact and figures we will have in our mind, the more genius we will become. We do not care whether it is negative. Then all this negative information takes form of negative thoughts with the time. As a result we always focus about negative incident happening around the world and we believe that this world is not a good place.
